New Employee Training Template provides a starting structure for an organisation preparing its own induction material. Its headings and content are suggestions, with space for the organisation’s information.
What the induction outline includes
The outline opens with a welcome and company information. It then covers the employee’s role, benefits, pay and HR contact information. These headings identify the subjects an author can organise; they do not supply the actual terms of a person’s job.
The provider explicitly says that rules and guidance for particular roles are not included. Someone preparing the finished induction therefore needs to add the workplace and role information before treating it as their employee’s training material. The template alone does not show what a kitchen worker, care worker or office employee has been taught.
Access and related resources
This is an authoring template. A completion time, certificate and learner editing permissions have not been confirmed. Contact Chefs Bay Academy to check the version available and how it can be used.
For separate staff learning, read the Health and Safety for Employees course outline. The Employee Code of Conduct Template is another resource for organising an employer’s own guidance, with a different emphasis on conduct and workplace responsibilities.
