What does the employee course cover?

When is the manager version more suitable?
Sexual harassment awareness for managers covers complaint handling, disclosures, fair investigations and supporting affected employees from a management perspective. For the wider subject of inappropriate workplace behaviour, bullying and harassment is a separate course for employees and managers.
