Employee Code of Conduct Template provides suggested headings for an organisation preparing its own workplace guidance. The provider describes the text as placeholders to be replaced with the organisation’s content.
The suggested structure
The introduction includes company mission and values. A professionalism section covers dress code, desk areas and shared spaces, and an alcohol and drug policy. Respect at work includes bullying, equality and diversity, sexual harassment, reporting concerns and useful contacts.
The responsibilities section has headings for company assets, confidentiality and data protection. A summary and code-of-conduct document complete the outline. These are places for an employer’s own policies and contact details; the headings alone do not establish what that employer’s rules are.

This is a template resource. It has not been confirmed as a complete policy, a legal compliance package or a certificated training course. The template’s displayed five-minute estimate should not be treated as the time needed to prepare or review an employer’s policy.
Contact Chefs Bay Academy to check access and permissions. For separate staff learning, compare Bullying and Harassment and Data Protection and UK GDPR. Those course outlines serve a different purpose from documenting your organisation’s conduct rules.
