Who runs it

The Academy is operated by Chefs Bay Hospitality Limited (Company No. 13588811), a hospitality staffing company based in Wallasey, Merseyside. The agency places chefs and kitchen staff with hospitality, healthcare and education caterers. The Academy gives individuals and teams access to online workplace training. Each course page sets out its subject, availability and certificate information.

Courses included in one price

Every access plan includes the same 130+ courses. Choose subjects that match your role and your employer's requirements, such as food hygiene and allergens for food handling, or safeguarding for relevant care work. Take one course or forty; your chosen plan's price does not change, and refreshers during that access term cost nothing extra.

About our training guides

Chefs Bay Academy publishes the guides on this website under its organisation name. They explain training choices and workplace topics; the Academy also sells access to courses mentioned in them. The byline identifies the publisher, rather than an individual regulator, inspector or professional adviser.

Follow the linked official sources to check current requirements for your sector and UK nation. A course completion record supports a training record; it does not establish that a workplace is compliant or replace practical instruction and assessment where these are needed.
