Yes. If the platform is not right for you, email workwithus@chefsbay.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we refund the £35 in full, provided you have not downloaded a certificate. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Course lengths vary depending on the topic. Shorter awareness courses take 1-2 hours, while more detailed courses like Food Safety Level 3 can take 6-8 hours. You can study at your own pace and pick up where you left off.

No. All courses are designed for beginners and working professionals alike. No prerequisites are required. Level 1 courses are introductory, Level 2 covers the essentials, and Level 3 is aimed at supervisors and managers.

Yes. All courses are CPD accredited by The CPD Certification Service. Employers, local authorities and environmental health officers accept CPD accredited certificates as evidence of training.

Yes. During your 12-month access period, you can retake any course as many times as you like. This is useful if you want to refresh your knowledge or improve your assessment score.

Yes. Buy one licence per team member at £35 each, and each licence gives one person full access to all 130+ courses for 12 months. There is no minimum order, and buying several at once earns a discount on the £35 list price, so email workwithus@chefsbay.co.uk with the numbers and we will quote you.

Yes. Stripe automatically generates a receipt for every purchase. If you need a formal VAT invoice or a purchase order arrangement for your business, email us at workwithus@chefsbay.co.uk and we will sort it out.

Each team member gets their own login and downloads their own CPD accredited certificates. There is no manager view and no team reporting, so staff forward their certificates to you and you keep them in the training file. That certificate is the evidence an inspector or auditor asks for.

Yes. The learning platform is fully responsive and works on phones, tablets, and desktop computers. You can switch between devices and pick up where you left off.

Courses are completed online through the learning platform. You can download your CPD accredited certificates once you complete each course. Some courses may include downloadable reference materials.

Yes. Each licence provides 12 months of access from the date of purchase. During that time you can complete as many courses as you like. Certificates you download remain valid and do not expire with your licence.
