Which time-management skills are covered?
The one-hour course covers setting SMART goals and priorities, planning and scheduling, procrastination and managing interruptions. Delegation, workload management and time-tracking tools are also named modules. It is intended for office workers, managers and team leaders across different sectors.
The focus is organising work and deciding how to use time. Learners can compare the topics with the particular responsibilities they want to develop.
Personal workload or a whole project?
Project management basics covers project scope, resources, budgets and stakeholder communication. Microsoft Outlook basics covers using email, calendars and tasks in that application. Both have a separate focus from the general planning and prioritisation skills taught here.
