Studying the Scottish alcohol-service syllabus

This two-hour course is aimed at staff selling or serving alcohol in Scotland, including bar teams, restaurant servers, pub managers and off-licence workers. Its modules cover the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, five licensing objectives and Scottish training requirements.
