Who is PCI DSS awareness for?

This one-hour course is written for finance staff, retail employees, managers and others who handle card payment data. It introduces the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and covers cardholder-data handling, payment-processing practices and recognising data breaches.

An overview of PCI DSS requirements is part of the syllabus. The focus is understanding the subject and staff responsibilities when working with payment information.

Card data, personal data or cyber threats?

The UK GDPR and data protection course covers personal-data and privacy topics. Cyber security awareness covers phishing, passwords and other common cyber threats. Each course has its own syllabus; completing staff-awareness training is not an assessment of an organisation’s PCI DSS compliance.
